I was number 10 and got in. Your chances are good. Be persistent and keep in touch frequently with them. I'm convinced I got in because they were so annoyed with me emailing them with questions and comments that they just let me in lol...if for some reason u don't get in walden university was super easy, no gre exam and they let you know in 2 days if your accepted. I think they offer 4 start times per year. I looked into them convinced that I wasn't getting into frontier and the same day they told me I was accepted, no references or anything if your gpa is high. I just faxed over unofficial transcripts as holders until the official ones were sent and based off that got accepted. Not sure how good their program is though. Good luck!

Quick question do they send you your username and password to access the portal to get everything started? So excited I just can't wait! I almost gave up hope. I'm glad I didn't now.

I was put on the waitlist for frontier (118). I called the admissions office and the lady was very nice. She let me know that the waitlist was less than 5 people, but didn't tell me where I was at on the list. Within a few days I was offered admission. It is only about 5 weeks before Frontier Bound, but I was happy regardless of the time. Also, I did do the portfolio process. The paper is pretty long, it takes quite a while, but all in all it was worth it to get in.

springsdakini do you mind telling me more about being on the wait list for 118? I accepted a spot on the wait list on Aug 2. When did you find out that you got in? Are you in the FNP or WHNP program? And to all who have been on the wait list, I feel for you :) Fingers crossed here.

I was also wait-listed for CFNP 118, and I accepted my spot on 8/2/13 also. I'm really hoping for a spot to open up as well. @springsdakini, it's only been 3 days since notifications went out...you already have an acceptance letter from the wait list??
