Hello everyone!
I have two questions ...
1. I will be attending the practical nursing program in Ontario. I was wondering, if I choose to further my education by becoming a Registered Nurse, do I have to take the bridging program from RPN to BScN?
2. Once I do become a RN, what do I need to do in order to work in specific area such as ICU, OR, ER, etc ...

1. Yes
2. Get practicum experience in the areas you are interested in during school, make connections with preceptors and managers, etc.

1.Yes
2. Some areas require special certifications. You can work in the ER and the OR as an RPN.
