I recently applied to several local RN programs, FSU being one of them. Just curious if anyone out there has as well and if you happen to know when we should start finding out if we were accepted. Also any current or alumni, if you don't mind sharing - what were your stats upon entry?
Good luck to everyone!!
Well hello everyone,
I’m glad I found a post with others that share my anxiety. I took all my pre-Req at Fresno City and I have all A’s except a B in Chemistry (it looks like Chem gave a lot of people trouble) ??♀️. I took the teas once and got a 78 I was very upset with my score considering you only need a 75 to qualify for the program but I still have good faith. I have been noticing that others have done extremely well and I’m encouraged by the determination of every student. However I am also nervous if everyone is doing well that mean some are not going to get in. I kept bugging the Nursing office and they told me the Monday the 29 it would be that week they would give acceptance letters but they didn’t! They are driving me crazy has anyone heard anything yet ?
Hi everyone,
I applied as a second baccalaureate and am as well anxiously waiting to hear from them. I got As and 1 B in my prerequisites and 82.7 on my TEAS, but my overall gpa isn’t the highest so I’m nervous about that!
Does anyone know how many applicants they accept and if they choose a group for 2nd bsn and a group as regular bsn applicants or all in one?

From what I know, they have 1 cohort per semester and it’s a mixture of regular bsn and 2nd bsn. Also, they take around 60 students per cohort.

You can find it in the self service student services. Then go to admission status. In the same place you would accept/decline admission.
