You probably already know that you're able to work for 1-2 years with your OPT, provided you didn't use it up during your course of study. You only need to worry about an immigrant or work visa if you are hoping to remain in the US beyond your OPT date.
OPT for nurses is only 12 months and then they have to either leave the country or return to a student
hido you know whether I can work if I pass NCLEX-RN exam,TOEFL and have my license for some state but I don"t have Visa screen certificate
in which moment of this process I have to submit my VSC and if it is necessary?\I think so but I want your opinion\:loveya:
thanks so much
VSC is required as part of the process for immigrant or work visa unless you receive a work/immigrant visa through another course. IE if spouse of USC and get GC via this route then you do not need VSC. If you are the main applicant for the work/immigrant visa then you need VSC and may not get work/immigrant visa without it

OPT is for US-trained nurses, not for foreign-trained nurses. I don't see where the OP said they studied in the US.

Since you are in the USA I would suspect your English skills will improve. Also may communities have English as a Second Language Programs. Watch TV and speak English as much as possible.
Also to work, your husband has to have a visa that allows you to work. I would check that out before you invest in taking the NCLEX.
