For Those Who Sell Their Books Back to the Bookstore

Published

betterworldbooks.com buys back books online, and you don't have to pay to ship the books to them. You can enter your textbook's ISBN and see how much they will pay you. If it's more than your college bookstore, it might be worth your time:

I just got an email from them about this, and thought I'd pass it along.

Cool! I've sold my books successfully on Half.com before, but you have to pay to ship them unless you only sell to local students.

I went to their web site and entered 3 books. 2 of them they offered me 0.00 and the other one they wouldnt even take as a donation lol. Oh well i'll try ebay and amazon.

Sorry about that! They probably already have a lot of the books you had, or they are older editions. Isn't it amazing how a $150 A&P book becomes nearly worthless when the new edition comes out??? :argue:

This is a great site, I haven't used it yet but it looks promising. It is always great to have one more option for selling books. Thanks for sharing.
