Are there any online graduate schools that provide assistance with clinical placement? It looks like with most of the schools you have to find your own clinical site. Thank you

My school finds all our clinical placements for us. I go to a bricks and mortar state school with a very good program. There's no way I'd want to find my own preceptor. What are people paying these schools for exactly?

An education? Some of us have 3 kids and don't live near a "bricks and mortar" school. I chose a school with a respected masters program that recently began offering its program online. They don't have agreements with individual preceptors where I live, but do have affiliation agreements established with hospitals and clinics that previous students have used. I was able to find preceptors through contacts I had as an RN, but the affiliation agreements provide a starting point with groups willing to precept. I'd imagine that many schools have similar arrangements. It depends on your location, but it might not be as difficult as you think.

OP is asking about FNP sites, why the move?
They are asking about clinical placement sites while in an Anesthesia program.
Really? Where do you read that?
I sincerely apologize. My mistake.
It's now been moved to the Student NP forum where Students and NPs will reply.
I apologize for the confusion, OP.

Simmons College does. They have placed me with all of my preceptors except the specialty rotation that I wanted, which I coordinated.
