Ok - who are you, what do you do, where abouts in Florida do you live (or if you are not in Floirda, what part of Florida do you want to move too), what is your clinical area, you status (CNA, LPN, RN, Student, Whatever) and anything else you might want to add.
Some of you already know me, I lived in Florida for a little over 20 years. An RN, I worked and lived in Sarasota. Went to nursing school at Manatee Community College and also University of South Florida at Sarasota. Great place .... love the beaches and the area is truly a wonderful place. I generally work surgical recovery and while in Florida, I worked in post open heart step down and also worked as a nurse manager.
I am a single dad raising three children (all are now teenagers - whew is this rough!). They are really great kids and I am a very luck father to have them.
Hey everyone my name is Diana. I'm an LPN, live in Boynton Beach. Going to Excelsior right now for the RN program. I graduated from PBCC in Nov 06. I work for PSA doing pediatric home care. I can't wait to finish my RN degree because i would like to get back into the hospital and work in the NICU.
Hi, My name is Pam, I'm an LPN in Omaha, Nebraska, but we just bought a home in North Port, Fl and will be moving in the next couple of months. I currently work in Dialysis, and can transfer with my company, but may look at doing Hospice and Home Care when I make my move. I'm very excited about becoming a resident of the sunshine state and getting out of the COLD midwest!
Hi, im Carl, live in citrus county florida. i am an LPN student just starting clinicals. Looking to start the RNBridge down the road.. but need a paycheck in the meantime, and hope to pick up some important skills while working as an LPN.
Honestly not sure what area i hope to go to, or am cut out for.. only time and clinicals will tell.
I am currently and LPN in my first semester of LPN-RN at Chipola College in Marianna, FL. I live in Caryville, FL (40 miles north of Panama City, FL). I am currently doing agency jobs working weekend Baylor shifts. I have been a LPN for 3 years, but as soon as I get my RN I am moving to Atlanta, GA.
RN Student finishing first year, starting clinicals in the Nights and Weekends at PJC (Pensacola Junior College) in January 2009 (hopefully). Looking forward to finishing school.
I am a Miami Native grew up in Miami and St.Thomas, Virgin Islands. It depended on which parent had me. Father lived in Miami, Mother lived in the Virgin Islands. I lived in Asheville, North Carolina for a couple of years and then Richmond, Virgina, but I moved back to Miami 11 years ago because my sister had a baby and I didn't want her to grow up not knowing her aunt.
