Hello all,
where do I need to go to apply for a Florida RN license by endorsement?
How much money are we talking about in fees?
Thanks for your responses,
Peluchina.

I don't have the web address right now, but do a search (yahoo, msn, etc.) for Florida State Board of Nursing.
This will bring you to the FL State BON and it will tell you (and able you to download and print) how to apply for a FL license by endorsement.

Ok, went and found the website. Good Luck!

Don't forget you will ahve to have a finger print card sent from the BON. They will only accept thier own stamped card. Also apply EARLY, DO NOT WAIT. The BON is very slow, and it can take well over a month.

Is there any testing required when transfering an RN license to Florida? I have only worked in one state and have never done the process of moving my license.

Hi every one..I'm a NY state RN license holder planning to move to Boca Raton area in FL. I have learned that I have to obtain FL license in order to work in there. Does any one know the website where I can apply FL license and how much it will cost.. By the way I have not yet working in New York. I'm a new grad...-)

I have learn that is not very easy to find a job as an RN in FL without any experience if the person not graduated from FL RN school is that right? Thanks for the answer...
Thank you soo much
Far more important than having experience is the ability to be flexible and adapt to the Florida way of doing things. We have a lot of tourists, a very multicultural society here, and we're used to new people. So the burden of change will most likely be on you.
Remember, nursing is a lot like doing dishes -- there are lots of correct ways to get those pots washed.
