hello! I'm a fresh graduate and I'm planning to get NCLEX exam. just wanna ask, what are the documents/application that I have to submit? The school are asking me to submitt an application for nclex as well as for cgfns which to be included for my transcript of records to be submitted to CHED for authentication. I don't know what is the site. pls help.

Which state you are applying to? You need to look at the state requirements for foreign trained nurse on their website (links can be found at the bottom of the page to boards of nursing) and meet their requirements. Some require CES from CGFNS before they will do anything with your application.

I'm going to leave this July or August to Florida,I'm just worried not to get my transcripts before I leave. the school asking me to pass an application both for CGFNS and NCLEX-RN which is to be included for my transcripts and the school will going to submit those documents to the Commision of Higher Education for authentication. pls help. thanks

Florida excepts ERES (think that is what they are called) another evaluation service. For CES the school needs to complete and send the form to CGFNS. On average it takes approx 4 months for CES to be issued. Not sure why your school wants you to pass forms for state application for licensure. I would suggest you read the handbook for CES and follow that

hello. just wanna ask, is it required to get NLE here in the philippines before taking NCLEX-RN exam? just worried, coz maybe I cannot take NLE this year for the reason that I'm going to the Florida using fiance visa.. And I just want to ask also if IELTS or TOEFL is required as a proof of english competency before applying for the exam? thanks!

All information can be found on the Florida nursing website (link can be found at the bottom of the page under Board of nursing) If the state requires a English course it will state there. Otherwise with you going on a fiancée visa you don't need it.

Hello, I got accepted into a nursing in an island but it partner's with schools in the US. Meaning I will be graduate from the us school. Do u guys know what is the process for the NCLEX exam that way. Thanx guys for helping .

Yes once you have graduated you need to apply for license to the state board of nursing you wish to work in. I would also check with the BON that the school training is accepted
