Hello! I wanted to create this thread for updates for those applying to FIU's CRNA for Spring 2026!!

Last year, the average science GPA of applicants was 3.8. What is your science GPA for this cycle?

Did anyone hear anything yet? It's been a month

Looking at last year's forum, it seems that students didn't receive invitations until mid April

At their information session it was said that interview invites would be sent out at the end of March/ early April

Last year emails went out 4/12, I believe the year prior was similar time frame. I know last year they received 500+ applications that caused a slow down.

At the information session, they said probably the earliest we would hear back is like mid march. They moved up the application closure date this year since they got so many applicants last year (around 500 applied).

I emailed last night to ask about my status and received a response this morning. Wanted to post here to be helpful to others:

"The admissions committee is currently in the end phase of reviewing over 500 applications.  You should expect to receive a letter from us within the next 2 weeks. For general information, the interviews will be conducted on May 15th and May 16th.”

Hopefully we will know by the end of March! Good luck everyone.

I was about to ask if everyone got that email!

I also received that email!
