Florida Hospital New Grad Program OCT 2014

Hello everyone I didn't see a thread posted for the upcoming new grad program at Florida Hospital so I created one. Anyone else applied?

Yes I got a call back today to interview for the PCU unit but I informed her I accepted another offer.

If you don't mind me asking...where did you get hired at?

Do the references need to be completed before we are called for an interview, or just before they can extend an offer?

I'm thinking probably before the job offer. Have you been called, or does yours still say under initial review?

I was called by HR yesterday who basically did a phone screening and said they would pass my app to the recruiter to start matching with open positions. Today it says under initial review, but on my job page they put two GN jobs in my area of interest at different locations.

yeah same here! but I just haven't gotten a call about the specific GN job yet! It's killing me but i know we can't call or email since they keep sending that automated email not too.

Basically adult ICUs and a PCU.

I just was called for one interview this afternoon, but it's not in my top-choice facility. I'm really hoping to hear from the second GN position they forwarded my app to soon, since that's more of my ideal location.

congrats! at least you got an interview! My application was sent to my specific GN unit on Aug. 6 and it has said completed ever since and I haven't gotten a phone call. Still hoping I will though.

I don't want to be too specific on the boards but a hospital in the ft lauderdale area.
