OK, I am ready to start at FHCHS in a few weeks but have read a few bad reviews. Has anyone completed this program LATELY. I don't want to start this if it's not a good program. Anyone? Please? I am starting the RN-BSN thanks!

I'm starting this August (RN-BSN) as well. I've read a ton of good reviews, so you have to take it all with a grain of salt I think. The only issue I have right now is finding out why some credits didn't transfer. So far they've been very professional and I feel positive about the program :) Good luck!

I am also curious. I have to change to another school, I'm no longer comfortable with the school I was accepted to, lack of communication makes me nervous.
Well I'm the original poster and I can tell you that I am already feeling better about it. I have had a TON of communication so far (the good kind...not too pushy). And looking at the course info these will not be push over courses. I am working 32 hours a week (PLUS a TON of Open Heart call) and taking 8 credit hours (wish me luck!).
I was reading their site and it says an additional $290 each trimester on top of the $300/credit? seems like that could really add up quick.

I just finished up my first semester at FHCHS and I LOVE it!! I am doing the RN-BSN program. The communication with advisers, instructors, financial aid and etc is amazing! I took Chemistry, English II, Microcomputers, and Health and Wellness. I can't say enough positive stuff about the school so far =)
It's no different from the technology fees (etc) some colleges add. My first bill was way lower than I thought it would be (I thought I added wrong...lol).
Did you take all 4 in one semester? I'm taking 3-Chemistry, Microcomputers, and Health and Wellness this semester while working over 32 hours a week (and taking Open Heart call), so I'm nervous about it. How are those classes? Are they killer or acceptable? Thanks for the info!
They are accredited by the nlnac. Do they have the other accreditation? ccne?
Yes I took all 4 in one semester but I am not currently working. I would NOT suggest taking that many while working! Health and Wellness is an easy A. Chemistry is hard but doable if you study (or are good at chemistry =P) and Microcomputers has a lot of projects that you have to do, but it is fairly easy. The 7 week courses are fast paced while the Chemistry is slower since it is the whole 14 weeks.
Oh my. I am taking MicroComputers and Chemistry at the same time...the Chemistry and Health and Wellbeing. I hope I didn't over-do it!
