Hey guys! Is anyone here applying for the Generic BSN program for Fall 2016? I couldn't find any topics for it.
I'm in the process of applying right now and I just took the TEAS V today! I'm content with my score, but I may retake it. I hope that with my TEAS V score, my GPA, and my extracurricular activities combined that have a good chance of getting accepted into the program!
My stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
GPA: 3.96
TEAS V Cumulative score: 79.3%
Reading portion: 83.3% unfortunately I ran out time on this one and had to blindly guess on two questions!
Math portion: 66.7% such a bad score for me! I had to guess on like 5 questions because I wasn't keeping track of time!
Science: 81.3% I'm so relieved with this score. I was so scared that I wouldn't pass the 62% mark. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
English and Grammar: 83.3 % It was an okay section, a couple of tricky questions. I had like 3 questions on how a word is spelled correctly and those get confusing when two of them look like the right answer!
I would love to hear from anyone else who is also applying for the Fall 2016!
I feel like they're gonna wait till Friday again to send out more emails. They're probably waiting for the final decisions of everyone from last Friday to either accept or reject their spot
I feel like @Mm012345 is right. They're probably giving everyone like a week to accept or reject admission and then they'll start sending out more emails
I need to know whether I got in or not so I can drop my summer courses before the deadline WHICH IS THIS UPCOMING MONDAY. I've emailed my advisor and I still haven't gotten a reply.
I called and finally one lady answered but she said they sent 25 emails for denials and acceptances! She said the tier thing again and she told me by next friday everyone will know but they are sending emails this friday! She told me like around 2 pm some should have their emails! I dont know if the people who got their emails were notified around that time or not but she told me this! I do not know how the whole process works but I am asking and I am in a big dilemma too because another school I got accepted for needs me to answer them this monday and it starts may 31st! BIG PROBLEMS UGH.
Finally you could reach them! I tried and got no answer. But I have 2 friends who got their acceptances last Friday around 5 pm. So you're saying the lady said only 25 emails were sent out last Friday? That's it?! Because that definitely puts me at ease lol
How were you able to get that info?! Lol I finally got to talk to someone and she was super rude saying "we're still sendinggg" and hung up lol. They must be frustrated from everyone calling..
What about students like me who are enrolled in summer classes.. I need to hear back soon. and they do denial AND acceptances at the same time!! Last year they did it from acceptance, wait listed, and rejection

I've called 4 times today. Different times and all go to voicemail . This is ridiculous
