Well like it says tonight was my first senior lecture exam. I studied smart and what I thought was appropriate material even quizzed myself with relevant nclex questions. You know that s/s they teach you to look out for with pts who have a PE; that sense of impending doom, well that's officially set in. I was totally caught off guard about the questions we received. It's so frustrating, I excel in clinic and usually maintain a strong b average in class even have things coming together for me outside of school like with job offers and I get bombarded out of left field with this exam. And y'all know how it is with these weighted tests! Plus idk why but I feel like I have to prove to this instructor like I belong there. Just worried I've came this far and messed things up.

Relax! Wait until you get your grade before you panic or celebrate. I thought I failed one exam and made 100% on it. Others I thought I did well on....and um, not so much!

It was my experience in nursing school that the worse I felt, the better I did. *hugs*

You will be fine...even if you didn't do well, it is only one exam, it won't end your school career. If you made it this far, you have the brains and drive to succeed. Keep your chin up. :)

Also a senior here. Had my first exam couple of weeks ago. Like you, I was sure I failed it and the wait for grades was not helping! But...I made an 86%! You probably did fine. Relax and move on to studying for the next one. Good luck with the rest and congrats for making it to the end!

I passed! Now I kind of know what to expect. Just worried I guess because it's at the end and I never thought I could really do it so now that im here just feel like I'm waiting for the rug to be yanked out from underneath me.
