After what seemed to be a hopeless journey, I finally passed my NCLEX examination & found a company that was willing to hire an inexperienced nurse. I am so happy for the opportunity to practice and learn as a registered nurse. I have been in orientation for about 2.5 weeks and I am not confident in my time management as far as our patient load. I talked to my preceptour and she said I was doing fine and it would take a while for me to develop organization because of our nurse to patient ratio. Its starting to become overwelming. Does anyone have any advice for me.
