I'm in need of pointers and how I should present myself in this interview tomorrow! It's a private practice so I'll be meeting with the doctor who will be the one who decides. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Ok so I wanted to update y'all... I started back as an RN recently in a dialysis facility. Work is good, a pay check is even better!! I have an amazing manager and co-workers seem good too. I have to say I do miss ER nursing and feel like I'm selling myself short on my skills, BUT I am where I need to be right now! Thankful and blessed for the chances I have been given! Those who are new and those who are still trying, there is hope! :)
What are the restrictions like in VA? I know here in NC the first year is the hardest, and then they ease up some. I still panic each time I have to do a UA! Not that I've done anything wrong, but hearing how samples can be messed up scares me! Things will happen for you, on their time, not yours. That was the hardest part for me...lack of control!
