Today was my first day of class for the LPN program!! Whoo hoo!! When I got there I was really nervous but I really don't think it's going to be that bad. Yeah it's going to take a lot of hard work but I don't think it's as bad as what a lot of people have said. I only have to go for eight hours on one day and the other three days are only until noon. Is that pretty much what everyone else did or was it more like M-F 8-5? We covered five chapters today but they were all really short so it wasn't that much info really. How is everyone else doing? What are the others school programs like?
I start on Sept 29th going nights Mon-thurs 5:30 -10:30 with clinicals on Sats 6:30-3:30. It is an 18 mth program. we have to wear scrubs everyday also, I am very nervous, I am working full time and going to school, plus I am a single mother. I am So nervous that I am not going to handle it. I was very good in school straight A's (yes I was the nerd) but from reading posts on here I am terified that I am not going to hack it, Any advice anyone going through the same thing?

Wow...We don't even start our Math for Meds until almost the end of September. The only time we have to wear uniforms is for Clinicals and we start those in October.
