What does 'uta' stand for. I'm currently doing an online program in NY, but may be moving to Dallas and will be looking to eventually transfer online programs.

I had my phone interview this afternoon. It went great!!! They would like me to come out for an in person interview as the next step. I'm looking to go out there around the first week of August, for a few days, will look around, maybe look at some apartments and get a feel for the surrounding area.

I would definitely have to get used to the heat, triple digits sounds crazy!!!!! I know football is big in the south, my son is 10 and has been playing for 5 years, he's pretty darn good. How are the teams for kids his age?

NY RN may move to TX
I'm a Labor and Delivery RN in NY. I happened to apply for a full time L&D position at Las Colinas Medical Center. It's in Irving TX. How far is that from Dallas? What is the typical salary for an experienced nurse? They called me for an interview but I need to know if it would be worth moving. I'm looking for a better way of life for me and my 10 y/o son, life in NY is great, but way to expensive for a single mom. He plays football and is very good. I know football is big in TX. How are the school systems? Is housing affordable? Sorry for the long post, my brain is going at a hundred miles a minute. Thanks for your responses.
