I have my first real interview at a Hospital on Monday. I am a CNA and the job opening is an ED Tech. I am supposed to be meeting the Nurse Recruiter and the Head of the Emergency Department. I have already taken the personality test. This interview is next on the list. I'm not quite sure what to wear. I was thinking dress pants, a black tank top, a little black jacket over that and plain black heels. Is that too much? And what should I except?

No heels its unprofessional flats that are closed in would be more professional looking, I saw a girl in the HR department wearing peep toe heels, very unprofessional and it just looks to casual.

I hope the tank top is not a low cut. But goodluck tomorrow and don't forget to smile:)
I'm definately a smiler and the tank top is not low cut. It is a very conservative outfit! And the heels are closed toed heels. Like "babydoll heels."
Sounds cute!! Good luck ;-)

I'm so happy for you. I was in your position just 5 months ago and I absolutely love working at the hospital!!! So aside from what u should wear... Make sure you ask questions. Ask about how you can be successful in your position... How long is the orientation process? What would be my primary challenges if I were selected for this position? how scheduling is done. .. etc. GOOD LUCK I am sure you will do fine!!!
