You can't tell whether you passed or failed the NCLEX based on the number of questions. If you got lots of priority questions, that's usually good because those are harder, meaning you must have being doing pretty good. You might try posting on the NCLEX forum for more feedback.

Stop worrying! It's over now! Not too much you can do about it...but I will give you this: I had 120 questions. I had 2 days of N/V etc...and you don't want that! I still passed and talk about a relief. The NCLEX doesn't go by your number of questions, but if you have proven that you are minimally safe.
Here's a tidbit that I've learned, I'm sure how true it is, but here goes..if you think you failed..congrats, because you most likely passed.

i just took the nclex pn yesterday and the comp shut down at 154 question..im soo scared...i totally blank out on that test..i knew the first three questions and the last one i got rite...but those priorities question, i just couldnt answer them..i wanted to throw up..i still do..i did review with saunders, kaplan, lipinkott, and so many other books, there were so many drugs i've no clue to what they are and they were multiple multiple questions...i just want to know, has anybody heard of anyone passing at 154...usually its 85 or up to 120, im really bummed out, cuz i have no more resource to continue studying....
