Hi! Just want to ask where can i get the fingerprint card and how much is it?
And do i really need to request for interim permit? what is it for? I would be taking NCLEX-CA..
tnx!
it says in my immigrant visa that it will expire within 5months so I will be leaving the country in 2 months time ,right after I finish the documents I need to file for my nclex.I just don't know which to file first, is it the nclex rn applicaton to the bon state or the cgfns ces?I have read some posts that it takes 3-4 months for cgfns to send the report to the bon.I'm thinking to file first for my ces while I'm still here and submit the nclex rn application forms when I'm in u.s. I'm just worried about the address ill write if I submit it here. can I just put my u.s address instead?
thanks
help please..i just wanna ask if what is the better state that is fit to apply for nclex right now because of the retrogression?
Apart from California, it doesn't matter which state you apply to, you need to meet their requirements for foreign trained nurse and retrogression will not make any difference. Much has already been written on why we don't recommend California suggest you do a search and read the forum
Plus you are not applying for NCLEX but to be a licensed nurse in the US of which NCLEX is a part of that process

Doesn't matter who is petitioning you for the US you are affected by retrogression and probably looking at longer than 2 years to get out there. Illinois does not need CGFNS exam only CES so all information found at http://www.cgfns.org and would recommend full course by course. All other information regarding Illinois can be found here http://www.idfpr.com/dpr/apply/forms/rn-ex.pdf. Do not do the CGFNS exam if it is not required, save your money.
