Adequate sleep is the key to learning and retaining information. There have been numerous studies on the role of sleep, studying, learning musical instruments. If you have a choice between studying x number of hours and only getting 5 hours of sleep, or getting a full nights sleep (7-8 hours) and fewer hours of study, go for less study and more sleep.
I like to mix up my studying. I do solitary studying and then some group. We also spend quite a few hours asking each other questions from NCLEX books and arguing about the answers before we check the right answer and rationale.
It is obviously a bit late for all that right now. But maybe it would be helpful later on? And don't get yourself worked up into a mess. Anxiety is pretty normal, but it sounds like you may be overstudying and freaking out. As suggested, I hope you are sleeping right now. Also, before tests when I am waiting in those horrid moments for the instructor to pass out the test, I close my eyes and envision the test and myself knowing the answer to the first, second, etc and filling in the scantron. helps me focus.
good luck!

At the moment, I have been studying and studying and studying for the past few weeks. I rewrite notes and rewrite until I feel its there in my head. Tomorrow is my exam and right now I feel so damn tired that it feels I cant retain anything for it.
Any tips?
