is it possible to get a job in US from outside of US?(without brokers)
are there any staffing companies or hospitals which are supporting visa sponsorship for international nurses?
if it's possible, i would like to keep applying but if it's not possible, I will need to make a unfair contract with consulting company.
please anyone help me

Have you passed the NCLEX?
yes, I passed NCLEX-RN, and have a visa screen certificate.

At the moment due to the X plus years wait (depends on where you was born) for you to arrive in the US using immigrant visa it is difficult finding employer. Using agency will not affect the time you have to wait
thx, so, you mean whether i use consulting company(broker) or not, I will have to wait for the same period of time, right?
well, this is important because I have to pay about $20K for consulting company if I wanna use them - that's why I wrote 'unfair contract'
If there is possibilities, I would like to stop making the unfair contract.
They cannot make things happen any differently or any faster. You will just be lining their pockets with your money.
Wow.... a lot of money and no they can not make anything go quicker. So yes you will have to wait the same amount of time whether you use and agency or not.
Well, I think I should make things clear.
My point is that if I can find a job with sponsorship on my own
- I'm not in US, don't have work permit at the moment -
If I make the unfair contract, I'll have a sponsorship (as I passed a job interview), and the consulting agency will start immigration process.
However, if it's possible to find a job with sponsorship without broker, I'd like to choose this way although it will take longer time
I heard that there's no way to get a sponsorship even from staffing companies in US. --> this is why I am asking for help here. If this is true, I'll have only one choice to be US. (
The issue is finding hospitals willing to sponsor and only real way is contact hospitals in the areas you want to live and work and ask them

I have friend of mine, he got a job in FL. he's from philippines too. But idk what agency.. maybe try to look some agency that is sending nurses in FL. Sorry not enough info. But one thing is for sure. He did not use a lot of money for that, intact the agency paid everything for him. I think he stays in Manila before.

Do not waste your money! Depending on the area most hospitals aren't sponsoring foreign nurses. There is no need to go abroad when there are a lot of people here in the US who are looking for jobs. But if you really want to try I would suggest that you contact hospitals directly and ask them for yourself. That would be best. Best of luck
