CONGRATS on Lifespan #2. I am sort of in the same boat. Retaking Lifespan #2 on Thusday, have studygroup 101, L Arends and Minnay. This is my last exam before FCCA & CPNE. Trying to take Lifespan #2 before Oct. just in case new FCCA is available. I do not want to be the first one to take new version. BUT I AM SCARED TO FAIL AGAIN.... DO I reschedule test for another week or two (no knowing when the new FCCA will be ready) or do I possibly fail and then have to wait 6 months. ARRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! I usually do well studying the old exams and hit the highlights meds, major diagnosis', major diseases. Has worked in the past but not sure about this time. Looking for imput to make right decision. What do yall think??????? :yldhdbng:

After failing this test with a D *TWICE* (the only test I've failed so far, and failed it twice!)... I finally passed with an A! When the Pearson rep was waiting for my report to print out, I was just crossing my fingers and hoping for at least a C this time around. I was pretty confident with my answers on the exam, but I was also confident last time and failed. When he handed me the report, I felt like an elephant stepped off of my shoulders.
I've been dreading this stupid exam so much. I saved it for my last exam (huge mistake) and it has been delaying my progress for the better part of 7 months. Finally! Now I can get on with the FCCA and CPNE, then I'm home free! After crapping out on that test and stressing out about it so much, I feel like it's all downhill from here. A good CPNE workshop and I'm good to go.
HUGE thanks to BetterME29 who sent me excellent notes that basically pulled me through this exam for this go around
