Hey all

Not that any of you care but I passed the NCLEX! Yay!!!!! Im an RN smile.png Last year I came here to share with you guys how bad I was feeling about the possibility of failing a nursing course(OB-PEDS) I needed an 82 on the last exam and at least an 80 on the final in order to pass and Guess what?? I did it!!!!!! and it wasn't the first time..I never gave up and it was worth it all..all the nights i stayed in studying instead of hanging out with frinds, the long hours i spent writing care plans..everything that i had to sacrifice so that now I can say I am a REGISTERED NURSE.

You go girl! I know the feeling. I'm a new nurse and had to take my NCLEX Twice! Sacrifice does pay off! Good luck

Congratulations! I just passed the NCLEX this week! Yay for us!

So so happy for you and all the recent grads!!!:)

I'm starting my program next month and I cannot wait to Finally, one day, God willing, be able to put those two glorious letters behind my name, too.!

wooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! kickass!! can't wait to follow in your footsteps. WAY TO GO!!!!!:bowingpur:yelclap::nmbrn::dncgbby::rckn: there. i think that covers it.

Congratulation! What would you like to specialize in?

:tku: guys!!!!! Now I just need to find a job...the thing is that I don't like med-surg even though it's the core of nursing, especially for new grads. I'd love to work in maternity but I'm not sure they'd hire people without experience. I know I can't be very picky right now I just don't know how well I would function in med-surg as a new nurse im afraid to get overwhelmed. Btw I'm open to job offers Lol

Congrats! I'm in the early phases of prereqs, so this news is inspirational to me.

Specializes in A myriad of specialties.

To NayD, RN: My advice in this bad economy is take the first thing you can get; any expereience is better than none.
