My application was accepted last mid-July and I still have no date. When I call they keep saying the same thing; 4-5 months wait for a date and 8-10 months total. The next CPNE call will be mid October and they will give out dates for April-May applicants. I'm so tired of waiting. At least if I had a date I would have an incentive to keep studying.

Plenty of time to take work shops and prepare! Are you going to any workshops ? I think when I get to that point im going to do Shari Taylor's in Atlanta ! Heard good things about it
Yes but it's good to know a date even if it's 6 months away, believe me, it can be bad when you have no date. I'm doing Sheri Taylor online. She's the best.

I applied end of June and called daily, sometimes 2 -3 times a day and 3 months later as of today I got a test date for October 16-18. So nervous. I've been studying 12-16 hours a day. You can get an earlier test date but make sure your confident in the critical areas of care and have a grid to help you organize your careplan.
Oh m god that's great. NPAC?
You will get it very soon. What area?
Yes NPAC
Wow vey nice. I get tired of calling because I think they wouldn't give it to me but I see. Best of lucks!

I wish there wasn't such a long wait, its hard after you have a momentum going, and all of a sudden full stop because you have to wait for the CPNE date. i will keep calling everyday also!
That's exactly how I feel. I took 6 Nursing test from January 21st to march 2nd of this year. My plan was to take all 7 before march 6th to enroll on that FCCA but it snowed so bad I couldn't take the last test on time so I have to take it later and enroll on the May FCCA. I
I feel like I was full speed and all of the sudden I hit a dead end.

Hi, can you please give me some information on the CPNE workshop in Atlanta you are considering doing? I'm still taking nursing classes, but am becoming very nervous and stressed just thinking about the clinical.
