   Caliotter3 is absolutely right you need to go to them and say hey, what is it that is wrong with my charting? You can't fix the problem if they don't point out exactly what is wrong.

    The Actual book comes with a CD rom that has 200 question quizzes on it similar to the format on the Nclex. They're just practice questions though so if you have iPhone you could download nclex practice questions aps, which also helped me a lot.

    I used Pearson's exam cram study book for PN and passed my first attempt with it shutting off at 80 something questions, I read the entire exam cram book and memorized the exam cram sheet with all the lab values and drug therapeutic levels on it etc,...

    Also check out simplenursing.com it has simplified lectures on every topic you learned in nursing school and the teacher is funny and keeps you awake he definitely helped. Good luck! :-)
