Fee for US Visa Screening

Can somebody help me get the right amount for my payment for my US Visa Screen. I log on to ICHP/CGFNS site and the fee for the initial certificate is $448 (inclusive of order processing fee which is $50). I have downloaded the application forms for VisaScreen and on page 12 it says the application fee is $325. Now I don't know which one to follow. I need help! I really want to process my Visa Screen asap...thanks!

No mention in the handbook on fees but I would pay the $448 as the form may be old and not changed.

The fee on the website is the current and correct one - $448. I got my certificate a few weeks ago and this is the amount I paid.

I recieved my result today, got 7.o ovrall 7.o in speaking..... in no time, i also be able to recieve my VS certificate:yeah:

Does it make a difference where you obtained your educatino from? Do everyone have to go through the same process and application form while obtaining your visa screen certificate?

Someone please help me verify this information for a US graduate Nurse with RN license from US.

1) Fill in the "INITIAL VISA SCREENING" form like everyone else for:

a) Request for Academic records of Nurses for visascreen"

b) "CGFNS/ICHP Visascreen: Visa credentials assessment program 2008 appilcation"

c) "CGFNS/ICHP photo identification form"

And,

I'm also supposed to request (send forms) the collge I got my degree from + My state board of nursing to send my paperworks to CGFNS.

Is it correct? Did I read the informations correctly? Or am I missing something/some forms/information etc? Please let me know someone. Thank you for reading the post and replying.

And also the fees is same for everyone right? 448$. Big thank you.

Yes, you need to arrange your stuff to be sent to ICHP and results of your NCLEX and fee is the same
