Well - it’s kind of a Hail Mary pass, isn’t it? The evidence obtained with the warrant is pretty bad for trump. Getting it thrown out because of a bad warrant that “violates” exec privilege is pretty much trump’s only hope for making this go away.

After the Roe nonsense it's easy to imagine that Trump would be hopeful that a few of the justices would show him their deep appreciation.

The Dodd decision, IMV, was the radical right Christians calling in a political marker. This, on the other hand, has more to do with personal loyalty to trump … a different calculation.
ACB, being a member of an extremist Christian cult, might well be among those who think trump is the messiah and is the most likely to enable trump, but the others might just balk at overturning their own precedents on the matter.

Normally, I would expect someone ridiculing the content of my posts to at least have a passing familiarity with the subject matter, but for others reading this-- the vicious attacks were verbal. The fear for his life was his subjective experience.
I find it strange that people didn't read the warrant and don't understand the law that allows (and even encouraged) the seizure of items co-mingled with the contraband because it establishes a chain of custody.

I find it strange that the FPOTUS' defenses for his obvious disregard for government document security are so flimsy and baseless... yet so often repeated.
I did read it or what wasnt heavily redacted. It's hard to read a document that is almost entirly blacked out LOL. I would expect the reader who definitely read it would take that into consideration before finalizing any conclusion. Or come to a conclusion with out a criminal trial! However this is not required because most people do not care about the truth, or about guilt or innocence, especially with Trump. As long as the idea is planted. To hell with justice! The doj never charges Trump because then he has a shot at a defense.
