I have seen some incredibly cleaver qotes on this BB. Could I see them (again) and get some feedback on where they originated?

I finally got my one I intend to use. I got it from a fortune cookie the other day. Actually, my boyfriend got it but gladly gave it to me because it was more appropriate for me (okay so we switched fortunes). I am four years older then my boyfriend....

Glad you like the site but be sure too click on Home.

Actually, When the crews winter over in the South Pole they have quite a bit to tide them over. Satalite TV, Satalite phones to call back home when ever they want to. The food is actually quite good and plentiful and they do hjave plenty of free time to persue activities that interest them and any hobbies they may like. They also get plenty of physical activity if they want. there is skiing (cross country of course) and ice trekking and other winter type sports. I know this from my brother who has wintered over at the south pole and Mcmurdo for 12 of the last 13 years. He loves going there to work. as for the "esteemed" Dr jerri Nielsen...I have heard a few stories about her from several people that have worked with her and stayed there with her that might just change most opinions about her and her "bravery"
