Hey there! :) Fall 2015 applications have started for Florida Atlantic University's Traditional BSN Program. I didn't see another thread talking about it so I decided to bring it up. If there is another thread, please link me to it!
To anyone applying to the same term: Have you taken the TEAS exam? I was going to pick up my review book today at B&N. I expect to probably take it twice and hopefully before next year! Where did you guys take the TEAS and how did you do?
I heard the deadline for applications is January 9, 2015. Their website hasn't updated yet from last term.
This is also my first time working with the NursingCAS and I'm still working on my application.
I think they're going to send out more emails because there are so many applicants so there's a lot to go through. We can't give up yet! Although i do hope that i get at least a rejection letter than no letter at all. Its too early in the game to think about it though!
Don't worry, I believe that they are definitely still gonna send more out! According to the application timeline, the last day of processing and verifying applications is on March 16. I'm sure they still have more applicants to review and e-mail.
Hi! I'm just joining this thread! I also got an interview for FAU's Traditional Track! Has anyone heard anything about how the interview is set up? I heard last years was group interview! Thanks and good luck to all!!
Welcome sm2015! I really enjoy this forum because it gives us a chance to all communicate with everyone that's on the same boat. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the interviews FAU gives us. You can also glance at last year's forum and see what they said. I wouldn't doubt that they now use group interviews. I'm just scared about the questions they would ask lol.
getlikeamy, same! I even check at ridiculous hours to give me peace of mind haha. I caught myself checking at 2am and such. It would really be a blessing if they considered me for an interview because I'm not exactly at the requirements they need. It was a careless mistake of me not to realize that before I applied but I gave it a shot anyway!

When I went to the advising session, they said it is a group interview.
