Hey there! :) Fall 2015 applications have started for Florida Atlantic University's Traditional BSN Program. I didn't see another thread talking about it so I decided to bring it up. If there is another thread, please link me to it!
To anyone applying to the same term: Have you taken the TEAS exam? I was going to pick up my review book today at B&N. I expect to probably take it twice and hopefully before next year! Where did you guys take the TEAS and how did you do?
I heard the deadline for applications is January 9, 2015. Their website hasn't updated yet from last term.
This is also my first time working with the NursingCAS and I'm still working on my application.
I think we are supposed to use the version 3.0. If we weren't, they wouldn't have the FAU BSN program listed. So I am just going to put it in the program materials spot.
Okay I just e-mailed FAU nursing, but in the past they take a while to respond or do not respond at all. Let me know if you find out or if you end up calling. If I don't get a response then I will call within the next couple of days. I wonder what other people are doing.
Yeah I can call tomorrow. Also, on my application, in the Programs Material section, it says 0/1 sections completed but I filled everything out in those sections. Is yours like that as well?
So they haven't emailed me back yet. And no, it's not like that on my application. I suggest calling or emailing nursing CAS because they will probably be able to tell you what's wrong. No I'm a student at FSU applying to FAU, UCF, and FSU. So competitive, I hate it.
Ok, I will definitely call about that. It really is!! It's so ridiculous. I did my first year at UCF but changed my major to nursing recently and I had to move back home because I'm taking Anatomy and Microbio this semester and for UCF you can only be in one science in the spring! So that was really upsetting! But I am also applying to FSU, FAU, and FIU. So nervous though! Especially because most of them only take people in the fall, so if I don't get in I would have to wait a whole year to reapply.
Okay I ended up putting it next to my name and somewhere else bc I didn't know where else to put it. But hopefully we'll find out soon! Never heard back from the email I sent. Classic lol
That's so annoying lol. But hopefully this advisor will respond! I feel like I'm forgetting to do something though! Cause if one little thing is missing they won't look at the application
