As stated below, I received my dosage calculations book in the mail today. I have already completed chapter one and started on chapter 2 ( both review chapters) I am just concerned about how far ahead I should get. My class does not start till July and I am bored at work. I could EASILY finish the entire book before the class begins. Is this a wise thing to do???
I know that I will have to do the assigned homework once the class starts, but the book is a workbook type set up. Opinions please

Go ahead if you are really bored. Drug calcs are actually pretty easy, and will be easy enough to remember once you need to do them for class.

Never knew there was a dosage calculation book. Good to know. The math is likely one of the easier parts of nursing school. Do you have a class that covers only medication dosages?

Couldn't hurt. Med math isn't hard.

Do all of it..it'll be super easy when you review during school
We use "Dimensional Analysis for Meds" it has a workbook type set up to it.
I agree that it is not hard at all, then again math comes easy to me :)
