Fall 2011 TCU hopefuls

Is anyone else applying to TCU for next fall? I'm just waiting on my final grades from this semester at my CC before I mail my application. I still have to take A&P 2 and Micro in the spring, but I got a 91.86 on my HESI. I'm really anxious to just get my stuff in the mail already!

I just called the nursing department and spoke with Angela. She said she was not familiar with any such e-mail going out, so it probably came from the university and not the nursing department. Is that right PAMQ?

I never received an email either. The my.tcu.edu website just today said that an admissions decision has been mailed to my address. I called Justin last Thursday and he told me the admissions department was wrapping up the nursing students this week, but that is just to get into the university. He mentioned they were still going over all of our nursing applications and that we would know something within the next couple weeks. They don't seem to really know when the decisions will be mailed out lol. This is a good lesson in patience though! :anbd:Good luck everyone!

Nope. They weren't very accurate on their estimation of admission decisions. Although, if someone gets a letter in the mail tomorrow I will feel bad for saying that. I'm sure they are annoyed with the flood of calls wondering about letters but what do they expect?! If I don't get anything in the mail or see on here that someone else has gotten a letter, I am most definitely calling next Monday.

Yeah it was the TCU admissions not the Nursing department. Sorry guys! I should have been more clear... I'm a transfer student, so what I meant was that I got my acceptance to TCU and now I'm waiting for the Nursing Dept. acceptance letters (which is what really matters... after all, that's the reason why I'm applying). When I called, they said they would be mailed out within 2 weeks. Good luck guys!

I finally got my acceptance letter from the University but now I am anxiously waiting to hear from the School of Nursing. I was wondering what GPA's and HESI scores everyone had???

I know this is an annoying quesiton, but do you know when this week? haha... and will they let us know by e-mail beforehand or just via mail? Thanks and good luck to everyone!
