My TA said to not assess the same patient for all five week, a couple is ok.... Did anyone else receive the revised assessment for week three that we are suppossed to use, let me just say LONG and I want to vomit, so involved ......

What revise version? I don't know what your talking about and why are they giving us this in the middle of the week!!!!

I don't know why now, maybe it's just my section , it showed in my announcements with a downloadable link for the revision!

Geeze........... I bet they are all having a Happy Thanksgiving with their families, and looking forward to a 4 days off, but not us!

I think in week 2 there was a statement from my TA that said we were supposed to do a person from each age group, ie a different patient each week.
then there was an announcement that said if you use the same person you don't have to send in another consent, so maybe we don't have to.
Nothing is consistent with this course and nothing is clear.

I used a different person each week. I have 9 kids so my family covers most age groups.

For the groups that got the revised form, are you filling in the blanks or writing them out in a narrative. It seems like filling in the blanks is silly, but if we do the top half in a narrative like in the example, we will have to write another narrative...I am so confused with something that should be simple

Same here, but the assessment must be for an old book. It does not match the book. So I am winging it. I will fight for points if they are deducted. I haven't lost any thus far!

They still have a time frame in which to grade our papers.

No it doesn't match the book..... Uggggg I so ******, I have so much to do this weekend, I may have to call outta work on sunday just to complete this assignment!!!!
