In case anyone else wants to know, my adviser got back to me and said there is no grade requirement, I just need to pass. So, I'm guessing that a C will do.

Thank you both. I did email my advisor but am still waiting to hear back. EmJean, yes I understand about needing to switch gears. I'm sorry to hear of your sister, my thoughts are with you :-( sometimes life happens and we just need to do what we can to get through. Getting an A right now is not as important to me as other things going on in my life as I'm sure you understand. I just keep thinking 2 weeks and then I do not have to worry about this anymore. I did it in two semesters and I am burnt out now.

Does anyone know what is the minimum grade we have to get for our jr. comp class? I know for nursing it is a B, but can't seem to figure out in jr comp is included as that or support course that needs a minimum of a "C". I've have a lot going on right now and I'm debating not doing the last assignment for the class and taking a "C" to reduce my stress, even though the idea of that stresses me because I usually get As, but oh well...thanks for the help
  4. I haven't posted much on these boards, but have stalked them throughout the past few semseters! I will also be done in 2 weeks also! Add me to the list!
  5. I am also having trouble logging in. It is very slow and keeps kicking me out. Very frustrating
  6. For the groups that got the revised form, are you filling in the blanks or writing them out in a narrative. It seems like filling in the blanks is silly, but if we do the top half in a narrative like in the example, we will have to write another narrative...I am so confused with something that should be simple
  7. For those of you who did the windshield survey already, for the two paragraph summary at the end did you use references? I didn't see anywhere that we needed to have any, but I wasn't sure if I missed something. Thanks!
  8. Frills, this link should have the data you need. Hope it helps! USA QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau
  9. Try statehealthfacts.org, that's where I found the info for that and some other topics as well. It won't give you county, but state and US is there. It took forever to get the entire thing done, Good Luck!
  10. Does anyone know if you can apply to the new to practice program if you only have a few months of experience? I've worked at a hospital for a 3 months, but am looking to relocate, but don't have enough experience for other jobs. Thanks
  11. For the chart, can anyone help with where to find the US marriage stats? Its the only thing i'm missing and they only data I can find is from 2000. I keep going back and forth from the census bureau and NCHS but can't find it. I don't know if I'm completely missing something because my brain is fried from all these numbers or if I'm just not looking in the right place. Thanks for any help!
  12. I am also doubling up on these classes...hoping it is doable, so far 4510 hasn't been too bad and I'm taking that alone. I plan on just having no life besides work and school if it's horrible at least it's only 5 weeks!
  13. I started applying 3-4 months before i took the nclex, but only to specific programs that were for new grads. I had a job before I graduated! Just had to make a bit of a move for it, but if you find new grad programs they usually know you haven't taken your boards and will only ask when you plan on taking them. Good luck :-)
  14. thank you all for your help! A year isn't too bad, I just want to be done as quickly as possible. I know doubling up will be more difficult, but I don't have any other commitments besides work, so I think I can handle it..or at least I hope!! I applied in may for Fall and I still haven't heard back as to whether I got in. I'm hoping I hear something soon
  15. thank you for your response! I think I have everything covered because before I started my ADN program I took all the pre reqs for other BSN programs which included almost all of those. The only thing I'm not sure about is the junior english so I may have to add that or if some things I think will transfer don't. But I just wanted to see the fastest i could be done if everything does transfer and one of the classes I previously took counts toward junior english
