Fall 2020 Mountain View Nursing Program Applicants

Hey Everyone!

I wanted to start a new thread for Fall 2020 applicants at Mountain View, since I didn't find one already here. Let's see if we can help eachother out and answer some questions for eachother. Currently, I have 35 points, but will be applying with about 40, I believe. I'm wondering if that is competitive? Also, I need to get my physical, titers, and vaccines, but don't have health insurance. Any ideas where I can get them done at a decent price? I found a website but I am not sure if they will accept stuff from there....

Hey guys, I'm excited and praying we all get in. But I wanted to say I bought up that I had kids as well. And they told me that is not a negative and that some of their best students in the past have been ppl who have kids. So no worries there guys...? we got this??

That’s great to hear! I applied to Brookhaven but we have to respond to MVC before Brookhaven even does interviews.

Brookhaven is a lot closer but anywhere that accepts me. I really like the professors at Mountain View. They seem to really care

I applied to El Centro also. The ones that applied to El Centro too, which one would you pick? Mountain View or El centro if you get accepted into both?

LOL yeah Mountain View would definitely be my first pick. Mainly because of the parking fees that El Centro has.

Do anyone knows the end of semester grade we have to maintain while in Mountain View nursing school?

I feel like my essay was too short LOL how long was everyone else’s? Mine was about half a page... LOL I’m nervous now.

I heard 75% is C anything below is F.
