Updated:   Published

Starting this thread for anyone that have questions or concerns about the 2018 fall nursing program at Miami Dade College. I have a 4.0 science gpa and studying to take the hesi by the end of February. I also plan on applying for the generic full time as well as the accelerated program because I'm not sure which one I want yet. I already have a bachelors from FIU and I literally started all the prerequisites the summer of 2017. If anywho took those sequences can you please share your stories? Pro and con.. And also what is the hesi like!

I am happy to announce I have been accepted to the 2018 MDC Nursing program 2018- Homestead Campus. I can't wait and would love to hear from those that were accepted too. Can't wait to meet you all soon!!! Congrats and best of luck to all ✌🏻👍🏼

Don't use your phone or iPad. Go into through a computer

Congrats to you all!!!

I got into the Part Time Generic and Full Time Generic. I'm going with Part-Time. Going to Medical Campus first thing Monday morning to submit my Acceptance Form and pay the deposit. Part timers see you July 16th.

Hello all. What email are they sending it to, is your personal or mdc email?

some of us still haven't gotten a response...i wonder if that's a bad sign?

I'm starting to feel the same way :(

Don't lose hope. Remember there are people that may decline and then leaves open spots. Don't ever lose hope!

Hi guys. I have found a website from the national CPR foundation which offers an online course for the BLS cartification. It cost $19.99. It also says that "follow AHA guidelines". Do you guys think that it is a trustable option?

Remember there are 3 waves, don't lose hope!

Does anyone know what background checks are required?

I scheduled the fingerprints and AHCA one

But it says on the website that two are required

Background is definitely required.
