Fall 2013 maricopa mursim program accepted date stamps

Hi all! This is my first time posting on here, so hope I'm not starting a new thread that's already established. I'm just trying to get a feel for where I'm at in the never ending maricopa wait list. Anyone places for fall 2013 or the summer program that recently started? If so, please post what your date stamp is. My date stamp is 8/19/2011.

I am in the Accelerated program that started in May at Chandler Gilbert. My date stamp was Feb 2011.

Thanks azirish! That is awesome news. I think that means I only have what's left of the 2/11 date stamps, and then 2 other batches (April & June). I doubt I'll be placed on this next run, but hoping for the one after that. I am really excited to finally be moving forward, but also apprehensive bc I honestly cannot remember anything from all the pre-reqs! I took those ages ago.

Lol! You'll be fine! I am a second career nursing student and I took my prereqs 25 years ago when I got my first bachelors degree including Anatomy and Physiology! You will do great! Hope you get in soon!

My date stamp is 6/10/11. I was not placed for fall 2013 :unsure: I'm hoping that I will get placed for spring of 2014 (I'll let you know if it happens).

How do the groupings work? I keep seeing postings about groups and the time stamps. Can you explain a bit? :) thanks!

This is the way I understand it:

1.) There are 6 application periods (February, April, June, August, October, December). You are in the April group (04/15/2011)

2.) You are the 63rd person on the list for your group (08:01:03). Each second is one person (60 seconds in a minute + 3 more seconds).

I am almost 100% sure you will be placed for spring 2014. I called the nursing hotline today and the lady told me they had very few applicants from the February-application period (people who deferred, probably). Since there are 330 public slots open for spring I'm sure there is room for you, even if there were still 100 people from the February-application period ( I doubt there is that many though). How fast you get in also depends on you choices.

*DISCLAIMER*I am not part of the nursing placement team so obviously this may not be accurate (if you have any questions call the nursing hotline). This is how I understand the process works. I of course am not trying to spread any erroneous information, so anyone out there feel free to correct me.

Hi All :) I am new on here, but so glad I found your posts. I recently was told that the wait has been pushed back, to 3-3 1/2 yrs wait, instead of 2 yrs? I sure hope that's not the case. So hard to feel you are treading water :) My time stamp is 10/14/11 8:01:33. So, if I understand you (Sutherlynn), this means I am #67 in my group? Do you all think I will be called next year?
