@Ad0219 Yes, my email was time stamped 5:17. Alternates started receiving emails around 3:30.

Thank you! Hopefully soon then.

Specializes in Certified Surgical Technician.

I’ve seen the orientation comments say July 13th, is it just one day of orientation?

@NurseLifeKP when it was in person, it was just one day. It was the whole day, from my understanding.

Hey guys! I also applied for this term. I can’t believe we haven’t heard anything yet LOL. I’m so nervous ? does anyone know # of applicants and # of students admitted?

Hello Gladis,

Thank you for sharing this information!

I wanted to ask you, if you know what is the program immunization requirement. Since I born in Colombia, I have any immunization record from the U.S.A., so I want to make sure I can solve this matter soon. With the COVID-19 around, everything is too slow!

Thank you!

Hi, fellow Colombiana!

The requirements in Jan of 2020 were:

TDAP within the last 10 years
2 doses of varicella or positive titers
2 doses of MMR or positive titers
3 doses of HepB or positive titers (but it is very rare to carry provable immunity to HepB even when fully vaccinated, according to the person who drew my blood for titers?)

May I ask you where did you take your titers? ?

I called my primary doctor, but his nurse told me that I am supposed to call the Health Department. Also she said that the college has to give me this information.

Gladis,

Thanks for that info. A while back I remember seeing people talk on here who swapped campuses with other students who had been accepted. Is that still allowed?

Not that I am aware of. We were told your cohort is your cohort and there are no changes made ever.

I went to my local health department! Pretty cheap there, around $15 each. I had a positive titer for MMR so I was able to skip that one.

Thank you! And so sorry for the grammar errors! I have to switch my keyboard from Spanish to English, and it is a headache ????

If I offended anyone by saying “LOL” previously I’m sorry. But at this point it seems kind of petty honestly.
If someone was upset at my comment earlier, let me know.. but please don’t mock me.

My apologies, I have typo errors on my earlier question ?

Thank you for sharing this information! Tomorrow, I am going to call the Health Department, so I can get my antibody titer test!
