I have failed the NCLEX-RN 4 times. I graduated nursing school in December of 2014. I struggle over the same areas. I have used Kaplan, U World, Saunders, Davis, ATI, and Hurst. I have all the Success Books and Med-Surg made incredibly easy.
Area I struggle in is Physiological Adaption where I get Below Passing every time. The other areas say Near passing. Not sure if that means that I still failed those areas too but I need help to figure out how to pass this thing. I have lost all my inspiration and motivation. It has been almost 2 years since I graduated and I feel like a failure. The test gets too expensive to take so I can only take it when I have the money.
What are some idea for me? I need any help I can get!

After four unsuccessful attempts, I would open a book, start reading, and start thinking about what I was reading. Practice questions are good to help organize and reinforce what's already been learned, but there has to be a fundamental understanding in place first.

I agree with Sour Lemon. You must understand the 'why' this and not that with each answer.
I only used one resource for the NCLEX-RN six years ago: Kaplan's Strategies, Practices, and Review. I purchased it from Barnes and Noble. I read it from cover to cover twice. On the second read, I took the time, even with the correct answers, to understand (think through) the question and the disease process to see what the question was really asking, 'why' the correct answer was correct, and compared it to the incorrect answers to understand what little detail made each one incorrect.
To clarify your other issue, yes, near passing equates to a failure. According to your post, you need to review all subject areas. You have to remain above the passing line to pass the NCLEX.
