Failed with 75Q!!!

Published

well sad to say i'm one of the few unlucky ones who failed with 75q. i figured i failed after taking the test because all of the questions were easy...ones i should have known, but over analyzed. i guess i failed because i kept on going back and forth from getting an easy answer wrong, to getting an easy answer right, and never made it to the harder level. i wish they would have given me a couple of math calculations though, i didnt get even one! i contemplated, "should i say i answered more questions than 75, so if i fail i won't look like a complete idiot?" but i told the truth, and it is what it is.

but hey, there's a bright side...i can take it again! so for all those who failed the first time, it's not the end of the world. everything happens for a reason, and i guess i needed to learn a few more things, and become a bit more prepared for this field. god had to teach me a lesson. "slacking off in school has it's consequences." lol. so those of you who are still in school, no slacking!!

for those who need to take it a second time like me..be encouraged. it's not the end of the world. we made it through a gazillion tests right? so we can definately make it through one more!! :nurse:

p.s. i think i'm gonna look into suzanne's plan and see what that's all about.

Sorry to hear this best of luck

Great to hear you are keeping your chin up!! I failed with 75 questions too, and it is definately not the end of the world. Just remember your dreams!!

Sad to hear that you didn't pass this time :(. Yet, I'm glad that you haven't decided to give up :yeah:. I too am a casualty of an NCLEX examination that gave me only 75 questions and resulted in a failure. The first time I took the test, I made it to 265. Although I didn't pass, I shrugged it off, believing that if I was able to get this far into the test without passing, I had a good chance of passing the second time around. When the results came in the second time, I felt so depressed because I not only failed the exam a second time, I ended up doing worst than I did the first go around:banghead:. Its been over 5 months now and numerous reschedulings since I took it last, and next week will be my third time taking it. I wish you the best of luck on your next examination, and continue to stay positive! :wink2:

Sorry that you didn't pass this time, but you have a wonderful, positive attitude. That's definately the attitude to have.

Sorry to hear that. Try again. You can do it. Good luck and God bless
