failed nclex Rn 3 times need help

Hi everyone,

I failed the nclex rn 3 times in michigan,before i take it the 4th time it is required to take a refreshing course...does anyone have any idea which courses are offered and how it works.

call the board of registration in nursing (or whatever they call it in michigan)-- they will have the answer to this question.

leger007: you just sign up for a review course and mail them the receipt and course information that you are taking. where in MIchigan are u from? I would recommend the Hurst Review course. i am also from Michigan let me know if you have any more questions.

I am from MI and I strongly recommend Kaplan! It is a bit costly but they prepare you so well.

take HURST REVIEW for content and buy KAPLAN QBANK ONLY..but like GrnTea said call your BON IN MICHIGAN.

:twocents:First of all Leger007, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! You aren't the only nursing student who has not passed the NCLEX. I myself was a repeat taker. I took Kaplan and it helped. I also checked out and purchased a few books from the library and bookstores to do test questions daily and I learned to not get angry when I did not answer a question correctly. Instead I read the right answer and the rationale as to understand. Go online to your board of nursing to check for refresher courses and keep in touch with Clueless28; seems like he/she wants to help. Once again, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Don't give up!!!!! :heartbeat
