I just found out I failed the nclex with 75 questions. I honestly thought I was going to pass I felt prepared and pretty confident. I studied non stop with kaplan finished all the bank questions, my highest score was a 68% i even got a 87.6% on the prioritization sample practice test. I feel so horrible right now and discouraged but so ready to get back to studying. I already paid for the next exam. I just don't know what else I can do to prepare, anyone have any suggestions that were on the same boat as me?
Eat food! Get a lot of sleep. Eat eat eat. When I don't eat or eat small on tests day, my anxiety goes through the roof. Fight or flight. Do some meditating, breathing 5 -10 minutes a day. I'm thee worst test taker, but when I do take these steps, plus studying a lot, I do really good. If you have a smart phone, download some NCLEX apps. Good Luck!
Yes!!! There are tons! According to UWORLD, aim for about 56% of all 1877 questions. Student who passed using this review really recommend to focus on the rationale, learn from it, as it is considered practice questions with a content review. So, if you ever feel like you are not getting a great score, don't really stress yourself out on it. Instead, feed your brain with uworld information and success is on the way. Believe, focus, be determined. You can Do it.
I definitely feel more confident with SATA the more Uworld questions I do.
I test 5/25/16 so I'll keep you posted! Then I can really say for sure whether it's effective :) don't be discouraged, keep your chin up and keep on going. You passed nursing school, that's a HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT in itself

They will send you a breakdown of what you was below passing, near passing, and above the line passing. Study your weak areas and take it again. If anything go to the library and checkout "NCLEX-RN Strategies, Practice, and Review"
