Well, for starters I'd work on my use of the written language. Using textspeak is a violation of the TOS on this forum.
You need to be able to effectively communicate to be a nurse. So work on your English or French (if that's the language you use in the workplace)

Since you failed the test 3 times, I would take the longest program to ensure your success. I would listen to my instructors advice and start fresh. You present nursing foundation is not solid and need learn from the beginning the way to meet Canadian Standards.

You will have to start at the beginning. Take the whole program again. Like the above have suggested you most likely need to work on your Canadian English. My advice to you would be to get a job. Becoming a PSW (personal support worker) will give you hands on work for a nursing resume and help you develop your English allowing you to excel in school and pass the exam. With your background in nursing you probably will not have to take the PSW course, which is usually a year. I know many people who are nurses is there home countries working here as PSW's until they feel ready to write the exam.
Good luck

If your english reading comprehension skills are minimal you will have a difficult time in school as well. Take a few college level english classes such as a literature class to improve your reading comprehension and reading speed.
