Exhausted. Nclex today

So I took my nclex today at 8 am. It stopped at 119. I had so many select all that apply, delegation, and priorities. I could tell I was answering correctly then incorrectly as the questions went from harder to easier.

Im not confident AT ALL.

my last question showed a picture of traeussers sign with the cuff and ask which level would be low. I picked calcium and it went blue.

I really have have no idea. I have a headache and now I'm depressed. It's going to be hell for the next 48 hours

I did did the Pvt. Even though I swore I wouldn't and got the "good pop up" but who knows.... :(

You passed I took the NCLEX RN last Thursday the last topic dealt with teaching for discharge and A certain topic that I wont disclose but it went blue right after I had a good feeling even researched it X 3 and it checked out good my GN permit was still effective and The pvt was performed I got the good pop-up several times over a few days. you got it! I'm now officially a RN. you will be to.

^ THIS. you definitely passed. I had the same experience as you, i went even higher with the questions. I'm bad with Select Alls, they always throw that one questionable additional choice in there that i always fall for. and i felt like those were the questions that kept bringing me down cause i definitely knew the answers to a lot of the non-Select All questions. so i was hovering above the line for the entire test until eventually i started getting them more correct and the test shut off. did PVT all the 2 days, got the good pop up, checked the quick result, confirmed passing, and a few days later license was up on the bon site.

i wish i had seen posts like mine when i was taking it. enjoy your days and check your quick results about an hour after your start time (ie, my scheduled time was 2PM, my result didn't come in at exactly 2PM 48 hrs later, it was after 3PM when it allowed me to pay for it) and try to act surprised LOL.

Getting the last question right or wrong is irrelevant except for the 265th question. They could have gotten Q 119 right and failed or got Q 119 wrong and passed.
