Members are discussing acceptance into the San Jose State BSN program, supplemental applications for the CEP dual enrollment, confirmation emails for intent to enroll, deadlines for submitting CEP portions, being pulled off the alternate list, cohort placements, ICCP program decisions, fit testing for respirators, and sharing experiences with the program. Some members are also looking for links to join a Discord group related to the program.
This is a forum for those who are applying to EVC's nursing program in 2024 in both fall and Spring (2025) semester. It has been a wait, and it would be great hearing from other students who are applying as well about their journey to entering a nursing program and share advice while going through this process. We are here to uplift each other and make the overall competitive nature more inclusive!
So from what I know, it may take a month and a half to hear back from EVC (straight from the horse's mouth). Many applicants I've heard from previous cohorts have gotten in with surprisingly not as high scores. Many I hear have been getting especially off of the waitlist.
About me. I am a volunteer at a local hospital in the bay area (+300 hours). My overall score on the application was an 83 and my TEAS score is 88
Has anyone noticed any movement on their apps? Nothing has changed on mine since last Friday but I figured since they are on Spring break this week maybe they are working on them.

My app was edited again this morning but still says under review. Has anyone heard anything yet?
Where does yours say under review? My status still says submitted. But in the other area says pre-screening review round". Hasn't been edited since 3/22.

I'm an alternate at Solano w/guaranteed acceptance for Fall 2025. App 6 at Butte was just a no. Applying to Nightingale and attending if I don't get into this school though. I've been applying for 4 years and I'm tired of waiting
