Hey, I haven't found a forum for the new nursing application for Evergreen Valley College. I was wondering anyone can share their scores. I have 62, I am not sure if its high enough to get into the program.

Hi everyone. Hopefully someone knows the answer to this. Since many tend to apply to more than one program, get accepted elsewhere they give up their spots... let’s say we make it as an alternate, the list goes up. 
 

How long after acceptances (Feb 28) does EVC get back to you on your status or if a seat has opened for you and you’ve moved up the list?

1 week? 2 weeks? A month? 
anyone know?

Also I was looking at last years application cycle and they said they received email about  applications updates on it being reviewed? Has anyone here received and email like that because I haven’t ?

Hi Isabel,

Last year I received my alternate email saying I was #3 on the list on Feb. 24th. We had to submit our “intent to enroll” form by March 9th. I received my official acceptance into the program on March 10th for Fall 2020. 

To answer your other question, I did receive an email on January 21st from the survey monkey website we used to apply saying they received/were reviewing my application and to expect a decision no later than February 28th.

Thank you this was very helpful. And this was last year correct? I’m concerned about this year because survey monkey hasn’t sent me anything regarding updates to my personal email account...

Yes this was last year for the 2020 application cycle. 
 

No need for you to worry, that was the exact same email they sent to me except I didn’t receive it till January. It must’ve been because I submitted my application on the last few days before it was due so it might’ve been down the list. After that, I didn’t receive any other communication from them until the acceptances went out.

I’m sorry, I was confused by the emails. They did send the same one as yours around October. However, this is the email I was talking about that they sent me on January 21st about it being reviewed.

Then again this was last years class... can anyone add ?

I have not received any email since the preliminary email in Oct that they received my application.
