Hi everyone.. I have a problem.. Hope you can help me with this.. I started applying for ETEA last month, got interviewed via phone last week and now, I already have my letter of offer from them. I was given 7 days to pay for the tuition.. By the way, I am for January 2013 intake..The problem is, my letter of eligibility from AHPRA is due to expire on the 26th of October.. Is it possible to ask for an extension from AHPRA? It is stated in the letter that I need to complete an NMBA approved program within the period given to me.. And now, my offer from ETEA is for January 2013.. :( What should I do? Please help.. Will greatly appreciate.. Thanks RNs! :nurse:

I learned that you're taking your BP at ETEA. How was it? Is it true that it will take long for their students to be registered after?

I am looking for a back up school since ACN is having a problem with the embassy. How was the interview with ETEA? What is the line of questioning? Is it hard?

Hi. I'm done with my bp at ETEA. It was good. About the registration, yes i heard that some students took a while before they had their registration but i think it is a case to case basis because some were able to get their registration in 1-2 months. The interview would be fine, you don't have to get nervous. Questions are simple.

Hi annie any suggestions where i can stay near etea while doing the bp? or anyone else here on the same boat with me who are bound for may 1st intake?? pls pm me! i am looking for accommodation and guess it would be better to stay with someone u know...we can brainstorm at the same time.

You can find accommodations from the website Gumtree.. :) the accommodation being offered by ETEA was expensive, around $230 per week.

thanks for your reply :) by the way you are on 456 visa right? are you going to exit before your visa ends and apply the extension? if yes, do we need to have the money in our account to be shown at embassy again? TIA!

I am on 456 with multiple entry for a year so i don't need to have my visa extended. My first three months is over, i am now here in the philippines, but i will go back in Australia on the 25th.

oh i see i just got my visa today! :) 1 year validity and it is multiple enty! so, all we need to do just is to book a return ticket agan and that's it? if you dont mind me asking yor mobile number? pls.. :)
