Does anyone know what paperwork needs to go to tpan when you visit the ER and get medications prescribed. The ER doc would not fill out the prescription progress support as he said he doesn't normally follow me.

hmm,
I guess that only leaves whatever documentation / prescription you may have got from the ER along with a letter from you.
Good Luck

Usually you are given paper that say what medicines you were given. I would send them that plus a copy of whatever Rx they gave you.

Not trying to be rude but isn't this kind of question better answered by your case manager or monitoring supervisor? Not on TPAPN but all I do is fax the script and ER visit summary. I don't get scripts for more than 7 days. If you're on long term meds then ask your case manager.
Well, obviously in my two years in tpapn I have not had to take any meds. Obviously, if I could have gotten hold of my caseworker or Advocate I would have had my answer and not posted here. This is the point of this forum to help each other. That is it why it was directed at tpapn people. But if you need to make yourself feel good by taking a chastising tone on a long dead thread... I pity you.

I can't help you with your question but I feel your pain about getting in touch with your caseworker! When I initially started ISNAP I emailed her with ONE freaking question and she still hasn't responded! Wanna know when I sent this email? January 3rd!! Still no response. I'm sure she's busy but she can't be that damn busy! I mean, maybe she could do her job!
ok sorry, rant over
January 3. Oh, my that is so wrong. Ignorant in fact.
